I don’t know about you, but I have a terrible habit of overindulging during the holiday season. I love the food, but I hate the bloated, uneasy feeling I get afterwards. Since I doubt I will curb my appetite this season either, I will just have to unbutton my jeans and enjoy a cup of Tummy Tamer Tea made with pure essential oils. Here is a recipe for a big batch to last you through the season. Bon appetit!


10 drops Wild Orange Essential Oil

5 drops Lemon Essential Oil

3 drops Coriander Essential Oil

2 drops Ginger Essential Oil

1 drop Peppermint Essential Oil

Add all the essential oils to a small glass bottle ( I use an empty EO bottle of one of the EOs mentioned above). To a cup of very warm (not boiling) water, add two drops of the Tummy Tamer Tea blend. Sweeten with a tablespoon of honey or dash of stevia.
