Let me start out by saying that I am not a fanatic about what I eat (Jon is more so). I splurge on occasion and make no apologies about it, but we do have family guidelines that make up our “norm”. Some changes to our diet were easy to make and some are (still) difficult.

Remember when butter was the enemy? I have a friend that not only put real butter back into her diet, she literally puts it on her skin. It’s so hard to keep up with the changes! So in our family we do the best we can with the information we have. And it works for us.
